Video: Pune woman falls into 100-foot-deep gorge while clicking selfie

A woman from Pune, Maharashtra, was rescued after falling into a 100-foot-deep gorge while attempting to take a selfie.
The 29-year-old, identified as Nasreen, was visiting the Borne Ghat near Thoseghar waterfalls in Satara district when the incident occurred on Saturday evening.
A video of the rescue operation has since gone viral on social media, showing a home guard and several mountaineers pulling Nasreen to safety with the aid of a rope.

Journalist Atul Singh shared the footage, writing, "A sensational video of the rescue of a woman who fell into the Borne Ghat of Unghar Road has surfaced.. While taking a selfie, the woman's foot slipped and she fell into the ghat."
After her rescue, Nasreen was immediately transported to a nearby hospital. Reports confirm that her condition has since stabilized.
