Omar moves Delhi HC to challenge trial court order
Omar's application seeking divorce has been moved in his petition challenging a trial court decision of 30 Aug'16 dismissing his divorce plea. He contended their marriage has "irretrievably broken down". The trial court held Omar failed to prove irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. It also said Omar couldn't prove his claims of "cruelty" or "desertion" which were the grounds alleged by him for divorce.
