DU UG programs receive nearly 80,000 applications in 3 days
Within three days, Delhi University received 79,906 applications for admissions to its undergraduate courses which began on May 15. Of these, merit-based applications are 39,286. Applicants who have either completed or almost completed the online registration process are 16,269. Applicants who have payments are around 25,000. There are 27,822 male applicants, 23,217 female applicants, 12 Others, 34,368 unreserved applicants, 9,853 OBC non-creamy layer applicants.
First cut-off to come on June 19
A student may select all programs/courses of interest through a single online registration form. One can apply in all merit-based as well as entrance based courses through the same online application. The registration for UG programmes will end at 6 pm on June 7. The varsity, has, for now, announced five cut-offs, the first cut-off to come out on June 19.
PG admissions to start tomorrow; MPhil/Ph.D. on May 20
The application process for PG programs and the PG diploma in cybersecurity and law will commence tomorrow, while for MPhil/Ph.D. courses it will begin on May 20. "Open Day" will be held in two sessions (10-11.30 am and 12-1.30 pm) between May 21 and May 29 (except Sunday) at the Conference Centre near Gate number 4 on North Campus.
