Hotels, restaurants to offer 10-20% discount for voters in Mumbai
Hotels and restaurants across Mumbai and parts of Maharashtra are incentivizing citizens to participate in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by offering discounts. These discounts, which range from 10-20%, are part of initiatives—"Pledge to Vote" and "Democracy Discount." To avail these offers, voters need to show their inked fingers as proof of voting. The discount schemes will be available on May 20 and May 21 after the fifth phase of voting.
