56-year-old woman blames doctor for son's death; he molests her
A 56-year-old woman from CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, has lodged a complaint against a doctor, accusing him of molestation. The woman alleged that the doctor molested her after she blamed him for the death of her son during treatment. Her son died on May 30 this year, as per the First Information Report (FIR) filed with the police. The FIR does not specify the cause of death or the illness her son was suffering from.

The FIR was registered against the doctor on Saturday following the woman's complaint. The charges include assault or use of criminal force with intent to outrage a woman's modesty, insult through word, gesture or act, criminal intimidation by threat of death or grievous hurt, and intentional insult intended to provoke breach of peace.
