Mumbai: Man, upset over losing in UNO, brutally murders neighbor
A Mumbai youth was stabbed to death by his neighbor allegedly for winning in a game of UNO. 24-year-old Abuzar Ansari used to play UNO regularly with the neighborhood kids. On Saturday, he invited 22-year-old Noor Mohammed Mansoori to play too. But as Ansari started winning, Mansoori got angry. Within minutes, he stabbed Ansari in his head, chest, back and shoulders and fled.
Ansari wasn't taking Mansoori seriously as he cried foul
For Agripada resident Ansari, UNO was a regular affair after work. As he played with the kids on Saturday, he glimpsed Mansoori, an unemployed neighbor, and invited him. Mansoori agreed, but when Ansari started winning, he began accusing him of cheating. Witnesses told police that Ansari kept laughing, which irked Mansoori. Suddenly, he extracted a knife from his pocket and stabbed Ansari multiple times.
Mansoori was tracked and nabbed within two hours
After the crime, Mansoori escaped from the spot while locals rushed Ansari to a hospital, but he was declared brought dead. They then informed police. Within two hours, cops had traced and nabbed Mansoori from a neighboring locality. He has now been booked for murder.
