Mumbai: Commuters stage "rail roko" protest at Vasind

Agitated that local train services on Mumbai's Titwala-Kasara route haven't resumed even three days after the Duronto Express derailment, commuters staged a "rail roko" protest at Vasind station. Railway officials said local trains on Central Railway wouldn't run beyond Titwala until Saturday evening as tracks are being repaired. They added outstation trains would halt at all stations between Titwala and Kasara and beyond.
