The scuffle took place late on Friday night when Panwar arrived at Chaudhary's restaurant with a woman lawyer.
Both Panwar and the lawyer were inebriated, and started abusing the waiters for a 'delay' in their order.
In the video, Panwar was seen slapping a waiter while the woman lawyer was seen training Panwar's service weapon at the restaurant staff.
Scuffle
Chaudhary slapped Panwar thrice, threw him to the ground
Under verbal attack and physical threat from Panwar and the lawyer, the staff contacted Chaudhary.
The councilor reportedly informed senior police officers about the incident, promptly arrived at the restaurant, and started arguing with Panwar and the lawyer.
Then, he asked his staff to bolt the restaurant doors, slapped the officer thrice, and pushed him to the floor.
Subsequently, police arrived.
Aftermath
Chaudhary was arrested and jailed, Panwar was transferred
The police arrested Chaudhary, and took Panwar and the lawyer to the police station.
Both parties - Chaudhary on one hand, and Panwar and the woman on the other - filed FIRs against each other.
Subsequent medical examinations revealed that Panwar and the lawyer were inebriated.
While Chaudhary was sent to jail, Panwar was transferred as punishment. However, no action was taken against the woman.
