March incident
Movement of vehicles suspended in March too
In March, the movement of vehicles on the busy highway remained suspended for over two hours after a landslide hit the stretch near Dundak in the Poonch district of the Pir Panjal region, Jammu.
According to officials, a large amount of sand, mud, and pebbles fell on the road and the surrounding region, obstructing vehicle movement and endangering people's lives.
