Manohar Lal Khattar says namaz should be offered inside mosques

Reacting to the increased number of incidents of disrupting namaz in different areas of Gurugram, Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar on Saturday said namaz should only be offered in mosques/eidgahs.
Khattar stressed maintaining law and order in the state was his responsibility and there has been a rise in namaz prayers being offered at public places.
Notably, some Hindutva outfits recently disrupted namaz at some places in Gurugram.

Many right-wing outfits disrupted Friday prayers in Gurugram
Namaz was disrupted in Gurugram in as many as 10 locations, said multiple reports. However, there was no violence outbreak.
The right-wing outfits shouted 'Jai Shri Ram', and 'Bangladeshi wapas jao' at congregations in areas like IFFCO Chowk, Udyog Vihar, Leisure Valley Park and Mall Mile on MG Road.
They claimed Muslim worshippers didn't have permission to offer namaz at public places.
