On the back of recent reports suggesting that the last date for the submission of candidate lists would be extended, the CBSE has issued a new notification about the same. The last date for submission of candidate lists without paying late fees has been extended to November 22. The CBSE has also revised fee structures for Class 10 and Class 12 candidates. Here's more.
Windows for late submission of candidate lists
Schools which miss the November 22 deadline to submit their candidate lists for Class 10 and Class 12 exams, can submit the lists at later prescribed dates along with a late fee. November 23-30 is the window for late submission of candidate lists for CBSE-affiliated schools under the All India Scheme. For schools under the Delhi Scheme, the window is December 1-7, and for foreign CBSE schools, the window is December 8-14.

For foreign schools, fees are Rs. 5,000/candidate for five subjects and Rs. 1,000/candidate for those with additional subjects.
The revised fee structure for Class 12 candidates
For Class 12 students, the fee structure for schools under the All India Scheme and foreign schools is identical to that for Class 10 students. However, for government and aided Delhi schools, the fee structure is Rs. 600/candidate for five subjects, and Rs. 120/candidate for those with additional subjects. Further, fees for practical exams is Rs. 80/subject for All India Scheme schools, and Delhi Scheme schools, and Rs. 120/subject for foreign schools.
