CRPF deployment attacked by terrorists near school in Kashmir's Pulwama

Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troops deployed at a school building in Pulwama, Kashmir, were attacked on Tuesday afternoon.
Reportedly, terrorists targeted a patrolling party near the school in Pulwama's Drubgam.
The incident comes as a delegation of 27 European Union MPs visited J&K on Tuesday to assess the ground situation in the restive state.

Details
Terrorists fired 6-7 rounds at CRPF deployment near school
According to ANI, at 3:15 pm on Tuesday, unknown terrorists fired 6-7 rounds at the CRPF troops, who then retaliated to the attack as additional deployment also reached the spot.
The school near which the attack took place was hosting an examination. The CRPF deployment and police personnel were guarding the examination center.
No injuries or casualties were reported following the attack.

Just yesterday, terrorists killed truck driver in Anantnag
The attack comes just a day after terrorists gunned down a truck driver in J&K's Anantnag region.
Reportedly, the truck driver, identified as Narayan Dutt from Udhampur district's Katra, was fired at by terrorists in Bijbehara.
Early on Tuesday morning, a terrorist involved in Dutt's killing was shot down by J&K police.
Monday's attack was the fourth such incident where terrorists targeted truck drivers.

On October 24, two non-Kashmiri truck drivers transporting apples were killed by terrorists in Shopian district.
On October 16, suspected terrorists shot dead a Punjab-based apple trader and injured another in the same district.
The incident came just two days after two terrorists, including one suspected Pakistani national, killed a truck driver from Rajasthan in Shopian.
