IRCTC launches AI-powered chatbot to improve customer support

The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a chatbot, AskDisha, powered by artificial intelligence (AI) for improving customer services and and bolstering customer engagement.
With a whopping four million people visiting the IRCTC's ticketing website every day, the chatbot is expected to be a major help to the IRCTC in terms of providing customer support.

What features AskDisha will offer to customers
AskDisha will have the ability to provide quick answers to customers' queries with zero waiting time, as well as the ability to multitask and provide round-the-clock customer support.
Notably, and perhaps most importantly, the chatbot will support several regional languages and will allow voice-enabled queries.
IRCTC plans to integrate the chatbot into its Android app fairly soon.
