After your itinerary is finalized, you can approach the Divisional Commercial Manager of the Division station to which your journey commencement station belongs. The Divisional Commercial Manager will then compute the cost of tickets based on your itinerary and shall inform the Station Manager about the same in the prescribed format.
About purchasing the ticket and obtaining the reserved journey ticket
You can buy the Circular Journey ticket by presenting the obtained form at the Booking Office of your boarding station. Post that, you'll have to approach the Reservation Office so to reserve your accommodation for the various laps of the journey. You'll then be issued a reserved journey ticket for undertaking the journey.
Railways offers concessions to senior citizens on Circular Journey tickets
For Senior Citizens traveling a distance of 1,000kms or more, a 40% concession for male passengers and 50% concession for female passengers is granted on the cost of Circular Journey tickets, by the Indian Railways.
