Heartbroken over puppy's death, 12-year-old Haryana girl dies by suicide
A 12-year-old girl died by suicide in Haryana, allegedly overwhelmed by the pain of losing her pet dog. The girl's mother found her hanging in her room and immediately alerted the authorities. As per the police official leading the investigation, "A 12-year-old girl hanged herself to death as her pet dog had died some days ago. She was extremely tense since then, the family says."
The girl was visibly upset after her pet dog's death
The family's pet dog, which the girl lovingly cared for for over three months, passed away five days ago. Since then, she had been visibly upset, showing signs of depression. Despite her family's attempts to console her, she displayed a lack of interest in food. On Saturday evening, her mother and sister were out for a routine grocery run, leaving the 12-year-old alone at home. Once alone at home, the girl made the tragic decision to end her life.
