Gujarat: Ravindra Jadeja's wife attacked by policeman
What's the story
Star cricketer Ravindra Jadeja's wife Riva was allegedly attacked by a policeman in Gujarat's Jamnagar on Monday.
Riva's car hit the motorcycle of a constable at Saru Section road. When she came out of the vehicle, the constable assaulted her, reports said. She suffered some injuries.
The constable, Sajay Ahir, was detained and is likely to get suspended over his action.

Onlookers say constable brutally thrashed Riva
A witness said the policeman beat Riva Solanki brutally.
"The policeman mercilessly thrashed Riva and even pulled her hair during an altercation. We saved her from his clutches," eyewitness Vijaysinh Chavda said.
"We are providing all possible help to her and will take strict action against the policeman," said Jamnagar district Superintendent of Police Pradeep Sejul.
