Girl requests PM Modi to save her from ordeal
The schoolgirl said that Abdullah Rana was also pressurizing her family to withdraw their police case. The victim wasn't only stalked and harassed, but the accused had also tried to abduct her while she was on her way to school in an autorickshaw. She appealed to PM Modi to save her from Rana so that she can continue and concentrate on her studies.

A government official stated: "The impact of the quick direction by the Prime Minister was that the local police took immediate cognizance of the case and the accused was arrested on September 19. He (Rana) is languishing behind bars.
