Assam: Police arrest 4 poachers, recover cache of arms

Police arrested four suspected rhino poachers and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from them in Assam's Darrang district.
They got information of presence of two poachers from Nagaland; they were about to go for hunting rhinos at the Orang National Park, the police spokesperson said.
The police team recovered two .303 rifles, one 9mm carbine, one silencer, and four-live-rounds of .303 ammunition.

Identification of suspected poachers
The suspected poachers have been identified as Nur Hussain alias Lengra, Abul Hussain, Daniel Yepthomi, and Alobo Kipa, the official said, adding Daniel and Alobo are from Nagaland.
