Mild earthquake strikes Delhi; Kejriwal tweets, 'Hope everyone is safe'
What's the story
A mild earthquake struck the national capital of Delhi on Sunday evening. The earthquake measured 3.5 on the Richter scale.
The epicenter of the earthquake is said to be near Delhi's Sarita Vihar area, according to the National Center for Seismology under the Ministry of Earth Sciences.
Thus far, no loss of life or property has been reported.

Earthquake's epicenter in NCR at depth of 8 km
In a tweet, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Director General Satyanarayan Pradhan said that the earthquake's epicenter is located at latitude 28.7 N and longitude 77.2 E at a depth of depth 8 km.
He tweeted, "Earthquake of Magnitude:3.5 just happened in Delhi NCR DETAILS OF EARTHQUAKE Occurred on: 12-04-2020, 17:45:03 IST, Lat:28.7 N & Long: 77.2 E, Depth: 8 Km, Region: NCT Delhi."
