Admission process for undergraduate courses in Delhi University begins today
The online registration portal for admission into undergraduate courses at the University of Delhi (DU) has been opened today. Online registration for admission into postgraduate courses will go live on May 18, while registration for M.Phil and Ph.D courses open on May 20. Entire admission process is online, 'Open Days' for students' doubts
According to DU, the registration process for all programs will be online for all categories and all quotas. The varsity will also hold 'Open Days' from 21st May to 29th May, leaving out Sunday, aimed to solve admission related queries of aspiring students. These sessions will be held at the Conference Centre near Gate Number 4, North Campus, during 10-11:30am and 12-1:30pm.

UG admission portal to remain open till CBSE declares results
All candidates who have completed their Class 12 exams or pre-university certificate courses from recognized boards like the CBSE, ICSE and state level boards are eligible for application. Reports say that the undergraduate admission window will remain open till CBSE declares results. Several state boards and the ICSE have already released Class 12 results.
Merit-based and entrance-based admissions for different courses
The undergraduate admissions will be conducted in two categories - merit-based and entrance-based. Admission into merit-based courses will be based on Class 12 marks. Cut-offs are yet to be declared.
