Delhi: Maximum temperature likely to settle at 44 degrees Celsius
The weatherman has predicted that the sky will remain partly cloudy through the day and there are chances of "thundery developments" in the evening today in New Delhi with the maximum temperature likely to settle at 44 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.7 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year, said a MeT official. Humidity was recorded at 44%.

Yesterday, the national capital recorded its hottest day of the season with the mercury soaring to 46 degrees Celsius in some parts of the city. The minimum temperature settled at 26.2 degrees Celsius yesterday.
