Fraudulent company NCTSR gives excuses, not refunds on cancelling tour
Sanjay Srivastava, secretary of UP Electricity Regulatory Commission, filed a case saying that a company named NCTSR had contacted chairman of UP electricity board, about a study tour related to power and infrastructure in Singapore and Thailand on December 24 last year. The power department got the tour approved by the government but it never materialized. Later, the company gave excuses instead of refunding.
Three operational addresses were mentioned by fraud company
