15-year-old boy allegedly sodomized by classmates in Delhi
A Class 9 student of a government in school in Delhi's Uttam Nagar has alleged he was sodomized by four of his classmates. The incident came to light after he refused to go to school on Monday. He first made excuses, but when his parents persisted, he told them what had happened. The four had apparently been bullying him since two years, police said.
The crime took place in a park, victim alleges
According to the 15-year-old, the crime had taken place inside a park near their school. After sexually assaulting him, the four warned him not to tell anyone, or they would hurt him. When he told his parents, they approached police. Three of the accused aged 15-17 have been nabbed. One is absconding, police said. The boy has meanwhile undergone a medical examination.
A 10-year-old boy was sodomized by juveniles 10 weeks ago
In another case, a 10-year-old boy was allegedly sodomized by two teenagers in Delhi's Shahbad area 10 days ago. The two, reportedly the victim's neighbors, took him to a park on the pretext of playing with him, then assaulted him. Both have been apprehended.
