On Children's Day, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said children should be taken care of as they are the future of society. Mamata showered blessings on children and said various schemes like 'Sabuj Shree' and 'Shishu Sathi' have been rolled out by her government for their welfare. Children's Day is celebrated in India on November-14, on the birthday of India's first PM, Jawaharlal Nehru.
