Ayodhya Ram temple's chief priest suffers brain hemorrhage

Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, has suffered a serious health concern.
He was first admitted to Shri Ram Hospital in Ayodhya after facing breathing difficulties. A CT scan later showed multiple brain hemorrhages, following which he was referred to Lucknow PGI for advanced treatment.
Dr Arun Kumar Singh from Ayodhya City Neuro Centre confirmed the severity of his condition.

Dr Singh said, "A CT scan revealed that he has suffered a brain hemorrhage across several segments."
The first hospital admission was also confirmed by assistant priest Pradeep Das, who said Acharya Satyendra Das was first brought in due to breathing issues.
His deteriorating health has both the temple administration and devotees worried.

Meanwhile, the Ram Mandir is expected to be completed by September 2025, a three-month delay from the original June 2025 completion date.
