Terrorists drag BSF jawan from home in Kashmir, kill him
A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan named Rameez Parray was killed by unidentified gunmen at his residence in Hajin, Bandipora district, Jammu and Kashmir. Three of Parray's family members were also injured in the attack and have been hospitalized. "Constable Rameez Parrey, a BSF personnel who was on leave, was killed by terrorists in a cowardly manner today," the BSF said in a statement.
Police launch manhunt for terrorists
J&K police said three to four terrorists had barged into Parray's residence and dragged him out. Parray and his family members resisted, following which, the terrorists opened fire. Parray was fatally wounded in the exchange, while his three of his family members received injuries. Police have cordoned off the area and have launched a massive search operation to arrest the terrorists.
