#ModiBirthday: BJP launches week-long program to mark PM's 68th birthday
The Delhi unit of the BJP today launched a week-long program, under which welfare initiatives will be undertaken by party leaders, to mark PM Narendra Modi's birthday. Modi turned 68 today and will be celebrating his birthday in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. Under the program, senior BJP leaders and Union Ministers are slated to inaugurate different welfare initiatives for people.
Modi's birthday is being observed as 'sewa diwas': Nadda
BJP Delhi unit President Manoj Tiwari and senior party leader Vinay Sahasrabudhe inaugurated the program at Kirti Nagar. Union Health Minister JP Nadda inaugurated a health camp along with east Delhi MP Maheish Girri at Vishwas Nagar. Nadda said PM Modi has dedicated his birthday to "service" and the day is being observed as 'sewa diwas'. This highlights his "inspiring personality", he said.
