Denied admit-card for not paying entire-fee, student dies of heart-attack
In a shocking incident, a 20-year-old student died of heart attack in Satna, Madhya Pradesh on Friday, after he was not allowed to appear for exams. The deceased, Mohanlal, was not issued an admit card since he had deposited Rs. 25,700, which was Rs. 300 short of the overall fees. The student was tensed over this treatment and succumbed to a heart attack.

Mohanlal was pursuing BCA at the Ramakrishna College. His relatives said he was under enormous pressure due to fear of his career being sabotaged for only Rs. 300. "He could not bear the thought of his career being ruined and succumbed to death," his relative said. He was declared brought dead by the local hospital he was rushed to.
Relatives, neighbors stage protest, demand action against college
The agitated relatives and neighbors of Mohanlal blocked roads and demanded stringent action against the college. An angry protester said, "Till the time the district administration does not take action against the college, we will continue our agitation."
