
Aurangzeb's tomb in Maharashtra declared 'no-drone zone' amid protests
What's the story
Amid rising protests for the removal of Aurangzeb's tomb in Khultabad, Maharashtra, the local administration has made it a "no drone" zone.
This comes after violent protests broke out in Nagpur on Monday.
To ensure public safety and maintain order, a company of State Reserve Police Force along with 50 other personnel have been deployed at the site.
Khultabad is located about 25km from the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district headquarters.

Authorities issue warnings and prepare for further action
Cyber Police Inspector Shivcharan Pandhare has confirmed that hashtags related to Aurangzeb are indeed trending.
"We are using these hashtags to check such posts and the offensive comments tied to them," he said.
Till now, over 80 people have been cautioned against posting incendiary content online.
"But from now onwards, we will register offenses against those behind objectionable posts," he added.

Police taking action against inflammatory social media posts
Amid the tension, District Collector Dilip Swami visited the Archaeological Society of India-protected site and appealed to people not to believe in rumors. He asked them to inform authorities about any relevant information.
In reaction to the situation, a dedicated team of 10 cops is working tirelessly in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar city. Their main job is to monitor social media for provocative content and get it removed.
Over 500 objectionable posts have been deleted by police till now.
