Jharkhand: All households should get electricity-connection by December, says CM
Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das today said by December this year every household in the state should get an electricity connection. "In this work, negligence will not be tolerated at any cost," the CM said. Das said electricity has not reached to all the people even after so many years of Independence and told the agencies to chalk out strategies to achieve the goal.
Govt will take action against those not completing work: Das
"Those who cannot complete the work of power supply to every household within the given time frame, surrender. Now the government will take action. The bank guarantee of such companies will be seized and legal action will also be taken," Das said. He said his government is working to illuminate every household which will bring about change in the lives of the poor.
