Akash Ambani's pre-wedding celebrations kick-start with musical night (see pics)
Akash Ambani is all set to tie the knot with diamond princess Shloka Mehta on March 9 and it's going to be an opulent affair. With the wedding almost around the corner, Ambanis have already begun the festivities for Akash-Shloka's D-Day. In fact, a grand musical night was organized yesterday for the soon-to-wedded couple to mark the beginning of their wedding celebrations.
The musical night was a private affair for Akash-Shloka
Akash-Shloka's musical night was organized at Ambani's Mumbai residence Antilia and was a family affair with couple's family members, including Tina Ambani, Kokilaben Ambani marking their presence. Interestingly, the ceremony also had live performances by Garba queen Falguni Pathak and Tushar Trivedi. While Ambanis and Mehtas grooved to Falguni's hit numbers, the stunning pictures from the extravagant event have gone viral on social media.

Akash's bachelor party will be attended by Ranbir Kapoor
After the musical night, Akash will have his bachelor party in St Moritz, Switzerland. According to media reports, the groom-to-be will be throwing a fancy, three-day bachelor bash February 23 onwards. It will be attended by around 500 guests including Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, etc. Reportedly, the guests will be flown to the destination in two aircraft booked by Ambanis.
Mukesh, Nita busy sending out wedding invites now
Meanwhile, Mukesh and Nita Ambani have started sending out the wedding invites. In fact, they also visited the Sidhivinayak Temple to offer the first invitation to Lord Ganesha last week. Later, they flew to Chennai to invite DMK chief MK Stalin. Interestingly, pictures of Akash-Shloka's wedding card also went viral on social media and as expected it exuded every bit of royalty.

Ambani scion's wedding to be a starry affair
Now coming to the wedding celebrations, the ceremonies will be held for three days, which will begin with the couple tying the knot. It will be followed by the celebration of Mangal Parv and an extravagant wedding reception on March 10 and 11 respectively. Given Ambani's close association with B-town, Akash and Shloka's wedding celebrations are expected to have Bollywood's biggies marking their presence.
