Air Costa refunds: Passengers turn to social media, complaint forums
It has been over six months since Vijayawada-based regional airline, Air Costa, suspended its operations in Feb'17. However, several passengers are still waiting for the former carrier to refund their tickets booked for flights in advance that were canceled as it shut down. Several passengers from Bengaluru or those traveling to/from the city are also yet to receive the refund.
Passengers don't know what to do!
"We have sent several reminders and every time they revert seeking 15-days' time. It's more than three months since the cancellation has happened and we still haven't got Rs 29,820 (to and fro flight charges for 4 persons)," a passenger wrote on a website.
