AIIMS MBBS entrance results declared: Four achieve 100 percentile
The AIIMS has declared the results of its MBBS entrance test of 2018. Results are available on the official website. This time, 2,649 candidates have qualified for the counselling round. Four of them scored 100 percentile. Final selection is subject to the shortlisted candidates clearing their medical examination. The exam was held across India on May 26-27.
Here's how you can check results
The result has been declared on the official website of AIIMS exams at www.aiimsexams.org, as well as on the websites of each individual AIIMS. Like for all other exams, the results for this too have been declared both rank-wise and roll number-wise.
Things you should know about the results
Students have to log on to the official website to check their results. The institute would send no personal communication in this regard. AIIMS has declared there is no option of re-evaluation or re-checking of candidates' answer scripts. The medical examination will be conducted by a board at respective AIIMS branches. The decision of the board will be final.
Over 800 seats available for eligible candidates
Successful candidates in the AIIMS MBBS entrance test can qualify for the 800 plus seats in one of the nine AIIMS (Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur). They will be allotted institutes on the basis of their performance in the exam.
