The lockdown caused many issues for small traders, and many small-scale traders were unable to procure products. That's when they thought of FirstBox.

The platform will not have a lower limit for buying from a single vendor as long as their total cart value is over Rs. 5,000. They also plan not to have any markup on pricing and will rely solely on membership fees.
Launch targeted for fourth quarter of 2021: Aayush
For payment, they will be first rolling out with IMPS, UPI, and Debit/Credit Card payment. Adding a Direct Bank Deposit Payment is also on the cards but isn't final yet. As far as the launch date is concerned, Aayush revealed that they plan to launch it by the fourth quarter of 2021.
Duo is conducting surveys to understand buyer and seller issues
Aayush, said, "We are still in the process of finalizing the features, we are conducting surveys in various towns and villages about the issues sellers and buyers face." "We are looking for their inputs on our platform. We do not plan to rush the launch. We want it to be perfect," he added.
