Gurugram: Lift falls from 9th floor in DLF-4; 3 injured
Three persons, including a domestic help, were critically injured after their elevator fell from the ninth floor of a high-rise building in Gurugram yesterday, the police said. The incident took place in the Regency Park-II high-rise apartments in Gurugram's DLF Phase 4 area. The lift fell from the ninth floor and crashed in the minus two floor in the basement.
The injured are undergoing treatment in hospital
According to the police, the three injured were: a woman, who is a resident of the high-rise building, her driver, and her domestic help. The police added that all three injured persons have been admitted to a hospital and are undergoing treatment. "Investigation into the incident is going on," Gurugram Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) Ravinder Kumar said.
