Two minor boys gang-rape 13-year-old at Ghaziabad's Hindon air base
Rape is no longer exclusive to adults. Last week, in a shocking incident, a 13-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped for two days by boys (aged 15 and 16) in the servant quarters of Ghaziabad's Hindon Airbase. Accused duo summoned by police for questioning, medical examination
An FIR was lodged at the Sahibabad police station by the victim's father on Saturday under IPC Sections 376D (gangrape) and 354 (molestation). He also named the two accused, who have been summoned by the police for interrogation and medical examination. The duo has also been charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Class 2 Kendriya Vidyalaya student assaulted by minor school mates
This isn't the first instance of sexual assault on minor girls in the Hindon Airbase area. Previously, a Class 2 student of Kendriya Vidyalaya was assaulted by minor boys of her school. Her parents initially filed a case at the Sahibabad police station, alleging that her molesters tried to insert objects in their daughter's private parts. However, they dropped the case later.
