Zendaya, Anne Hathaway join Christopher Nolan's upcoming film
Acclaimed director Christopher Nolan has added two more stars to his upcoming film's ensemble cast. Hollywood A-listers Zendaya and Anne Hathaway are the latest additions to this Universal project, joining previously announced actors Tom Holland and Matt Damon, reported Deadline. Written and directed by Nolan, the untitled film is slated for a theatrical and IMAX release on July 17, 2026. However, plot details remain under wraps.
Hathaway's reunion with Nolan and upcoming projects
This film also marks a reunion for Hathaway and Nolan, who had previously worked on Interstellar (2014) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012). She is also working on several other projects including James Gray's Paper, Flowervale Street by David Robert Mitchell, Mother Mary, and Disney's Princess Diaries 3. She was recently seen in The Idea of You.

On the other hand, Zendaya comes off a stellar year with prominent roles in Challengers and Dune: Part Two. The news of her casting alongside her real-life partner Holland has sent fans into a tizzy. Moreover, the film marks the third collaboration between Damon and Nolan after the global success of Interstellar and Oppenheimer. The film will likely go on floors in early 2025.
