'Berlin' to be available on OTTplay Premium
Berlin has been screened at various film festivals and received positive reviews. It made its debut at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival last year. Set against the backdrop of 1990s Delhi, Berlin delves into a brewing espionage storm. The plot revolves around three main characters whose lives intertwine in unexpected ways. Singh portrays a deaf-mute young man accused of being a foreign spy, while Khurana portrays a sign language expert tasked with decoding the secrets concealed in silence.
Khurana and Singh talk about their roles
Khurana, who plays a sign language expert named Pushkin in Berlin, spoke about the beauty of sign language where eyes and expressions are key to communication. This film comes after his successful performance in Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-led Stree 2. Singh, on the other hand, plays a speech and hearing-impaired man called Ashok. His role promises to add different layers to the plotline.
