FIR filed against Elvish Yadav for 'tarnishing' Rajasthan Police's image
What's the story
Bigg Boss OTT winner and popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has yet again got himself into legal trouble.
An FIR has been registered against him at the cyber police station in Jaipur for posting a "fake video" that allegedly tarnished the image of Rajasthan Police.
In a video shared on Monday, Yadav reportedly claimed he was escorted by Rajasthan Police to a shoot location in Jaipur—a claim vehemently denied by the police force.

Yadav's video content under scrutiny
In the controversial video, Yadav and former Rajasthan minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas's son Krishnavardhan Singh were seen discussing the police escort.
Yadav said, "Rajasthan Police was taking care of me throughout the day," pointing to a vehicle ahead of him and saying, "This is the gypsy."
The ex-minister's son told him that this police vehicle belonged to a local station and a permanent one would join them soon.
Police response
Rajasthan Police refuted Yadav's claims
Rameshwar Singh, Additional Commissioner of Police, dismissed Yadav's claims saying he didn't get any escort vehicle.
He further clarified that escorts are usually provided as per certain protocols and the matter is under investigation.
Meanwhile, ex-minister Khachariyawas denied asking for police protection for himself or his son. He said, "Neither my son nor I have asked for an escort...The issue is stretched too much."
