Charges detailed
Combs's charges include racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution
Combs was arrested by the NY Police Department on September 16, 2024, in a hotel lobby. He faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Apart from the above charges, Combs is also fighting a number of other sexual assault charges in federal and state courts. One of the cases has Jay Z as a co-defendant.
The accusers—around 40 females and males—allege that they were raped by Combs.
If convicted, he could potentially face life imprisonment.
