When a tragic past kept Vivek Oberoi from serious relationships
Actor Vivek Oberoi recently opened up about his past relationships, revealing that he had very few serious girlfriends. In an interview with India TV, the actor shared that he was not interested in a committed relationship during his college days due to his busy schedule and the tragic loss of his childhood sweetheart to cancer. He emphasized that he has always been honest and never cheated on anyone.
'I've loved with all my heart'
Oberoi said, "I've had very few serious girlfriends. I was very clear when I was in college. I was studying, I had already started business, I was investing in the stock market. I didn't have time." "This was also because my childhood sweetheart died of cancer. I didn't want to go through more heartbreak, and I decided that only casual relationships work for me." However, Oberoi added that when he loved, he did so with all his heart.
Oberoi's past 'toxic' relationship and current marriage
In a previous interview, Oberoi had mentioned that many of his ex-girlfriends attended his wedding. He also spoke about a past 'toxic' relationship that made him apprehensive about serious commitments. However, he eventually got married to Priyanka Alva in 2010 after his mother persuaded him to meet her. The couple now has two children together, a son named Vivaan and a daughter named Ameyaa.
