Here's why Sunil Grover didn't go to Kapil Sharma's show
It was such a pleasure to see two of the country's most talented comedians share screen space. Ever since comedian-actors Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover split ways in 2017, their fans have been waiting for them to reconnect. In fact, there were some speculations that Sunil might show up on Kapil's show for his upcoming film Bharat's promotions, however, he didn't go. Here's why.
I didn't feel like going: Sunil
Notably, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show, but Sunil was missing. "It was not necessary for me to go there because if you have Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in a film, you don't need any other element for its promotion. Also, I didn't feel like going, therefore, I didn't go," Sunil told Times Now.
Sunil will next be seen in Salman-starrer 'Bharat'
Interestingly, Sunil came into limelight during his work years with Kapil. He rose to fame with comic character Gutthi on Comedy Nights With Kapil, and became largely known after playing Dr. Mashoor Gulati on The Kapil Sharma Show. Only last year, Sunil's performance in Vishal Bhardwaj's Pataakha was lauded by audiences and critics. He will next be seen in Salman-starrer Bharat.
If in destiny, I would work with him again: Sunil
When asked if he would ever work with Kapil again, Sunil said, "I got a lot of love and recognition working with him and I would always remember that. If it is written in my destiny, I would work with him again."
