While Sonam's friend and ace designer Anamika Khanna is expected to dress her up for the big day, reports have come in that a renowned British brand has been roped in to design her dress for the reception. Rumor has it that Ralph and Russo will be designing Sonam's attire for the upcoming special occasion. Sonam has previously modeled for them at Paris Fashion Week in July 2017. She has also donned their custom designs at Cannes in 2015 and 2016. Most recently, the designer duo created Sonam's bridal look for a magazine cover shoot.

In February this year, Sonam featured on the cover of Brides Today magazine wearing a red lehenga designed by Anamika. Since then, reports of Anamika readying Sonam's wedding dress have been doing the rounds. They have collaborated on countless projects in the past as well including some of her Cannes appearances.
