She was found dead on Wednesday (local time) at her home in Hollywood Hills with a self-inflicted fatal gunshot wound to the head, reports said.

Career path
Bach's journey from modeling to acting
Born in Oklahoma, Bach started her career as a model in her teen years before relocating to Los Angeles in 1985.
She made her big-screen debut with leading director Francis Ford Coppola's Rumble Fish in 1983, opposite Matt Dillon and Mickey Rourke.
Apart from Baywatch, Bach featured in several TV shows including The Fall Guy, Sirens, The Young and the Restless, and T.J. Hooker.
Proud mother
Bach was a proud mom and grandmom
Beyond acting, Bach was a proud mother and grandmother. She often shared family moments online, expressing love for her daughters and granddaughter.
In her final Instagram post in January, she expressed excitement for the future, reflecting on the joy her granddaughter brought her.
While she met Hasselhoff on the set of Knight Rider, her Baywatch appearances were independent of their relationship—something she firmly stated in past interviews.
