Here's how Disha Patani lost six months of her life
Disha Patani, one of the fittest actors in town and capable enough to headline a female-centric action film, recently revealed how a head injury made her suffer from temporary memory loss. It so happened that once she was training on concrete terrace floors, during which she fell on her head. "I lost six months of my life because I couldn't remember anything," she recalled.
Disha got injured during 'Bharat' shooting while performing front salto
However that wasn't the first injury for Disha. During the shooting of Bharat early this year, the 27-year-old got her knees busted, while attempting to pull off a front salto for the movie. For the uninitiated, a salto is a forward or backward flip performed in a tucked position and is an extremely difficult move performed during the floor exercise in Artistic gymnastics.

Despite such injuries, Disha is undeterred and continues to test her limits. Even after injuring herself while performing salto, she re-tried it after a week. She also practises MMA and gymnastics, when not shooting. "MMA is relatively easier. But for gymnastics, you've to be consistent and brave. [Only when] you break your bones, knees, you do reach somewhere," the Baaghi-2'>Baaghi 2 actress notes.

Last seen in Bharat, Disha is currently working on Mohit Suri's upcoming directorial Malang. The movie also stars Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kunal Khemu in the lead. Reportedly, Malang will feature several stunts including kite surfing, subwing, and scuba diving.
