Chaitanya's father talks about couple's wedding plans
When asked about the couple's wedding plans, Chaitanya's father, actor Akkineni Nagarjuna, told Times Now that they are not in a hurry to get married. He explained that the engagement was held on an auspicious day since the couple was certain about their decision to marry. Nagarjuna also revealed that his son was "depressed" after his separation from actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

"Chay has found happiness again. He is very happy. So am I! It has not been an easy time for Chay or the family. The separation from Samantha left him very depressed," said Nagarjuna.
