Warner Bros. Discovery is also supporting affected employees
Along with the monetary donation, Warner Bros. Discovery is also extending support to more than 1,000 of its employees impacted by the wildfires.
The company is reportedly paying for hotel rooms and temporary housing, rental cars, meals, and counseling services.
They are also setting up an onsite emergency relief center to further aid their staff amid this crisis.
Ongoing crisis
LA wildfires continue to rage, containment efforts underway
The wildfires in LA County remain rampant, especially in regions like the Pacific Palisades which is only at 14% containment.
The Palisades Fire, which first struck the neighborhood west of downtown Los Angeles last Tuesday, is now the most destructive in the city's history.
Dry conditions and intense Santa Ana winds have worsened these fires.
