Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma usually like to remain tight-lipped about their personal lives. They tied the knot secretly in Italy last year and headed straight to Finland for their honeymoon. However, in a recent interview with a sports channel, Virat opened up a bit about his wife and the changes she has brought in him as a human being.
Virat has rediscovered himself
The Indian cricket team captain said, "I've realized a lot of things in the past few years since I've been with her. She's a spiritual person and I've sort of drifted on that path as well." "Now things are unlocking in a way that is very difficult for me to explain. But I understand that I was always meant to do this," he added.
He also shared an anecdote from their honeymoon
Virat revealed that although there were no paparazzi in the Lapland capital city of Rovaniemi near the Arctic Circle, they still bumped into some Indians there. But as they did not want media to know their whereabouts, the couple requested them to not talk about the meeting on social media.
Meanwhile, Anushka is currently busy with her upcoming projects
Anushka will next be seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Sanju'. Post that, she will share the screen space with Varun Dhawan in 'Sui Dhaaga' and end the year with 'Zero' alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
