Vinta reacts on Alok Nath's statement, says 'He is scared'
The firestorm of #MeToo took a shocking turn this week after industry's most 'sanskari babuji' Alok Nath was accused of rape by writer-director Vinta Nanda. The lady alleged that Alok raped her two decades ago in her own house. While Alok neither denied nor accepted the allegations, Vinta maintained that the veteran actor is scared now. Here's more on what she said.
Alok gave the same reaction in 2003, 2004 and 2005
Reacting to Alok's conflicting statement, Vinta said that he reacted the same way when she had raised the matter in 2003, 2004 and 2005. While she was snubbed all this while, she has come out stronger this time. "Now I am feeling fearless, he is feeling scared," Vinta added. She also expressed her disappointment towards industry's silence and said that she felt betrayed.
Vinta shared her horrifying ordeal on Facebook
Notably, in a post on Facebook, Vinita wrote about Alok's obnoxious behavior and how he was slapped by the lead actress of 'Tara'. She later narrated her own horrifying experience of being violated endlessly at her house. "I can remember more liquor being poured into my mouth and I remember being violated endlessly," she wrote. The incident did made us shiver with disgust, to say the least.

Alok's statement was more disgusting than the incident
While we were still gasping over the horrifying details, Alok Nath's statement left us even more agitated. He said, "It (rape) must have happened, but someone else would have done it". Alok further said that people often say stuff to tarnish one's image. However, he was "shocked" that it came from Vinta as it was him who made her successful.
