Veteran actress Vidya Sinha, who was hospitalized on Wednesday in a critical condition, is now on her way to recovery.
Reportedly, the 72-year-old was diagnosed with lung and cardiac disorders and was put on a ventilator in Mumbai's CritiCare Hospital.
However, recent media reports suggested that Vidya's condition is stable now, and her health issues have "been taken care of."

A hospital official told Hindustan Times that she is "much better" and is recovering. "Her prolonged medical issues had aggravated, leading to breathlessness and she even developed heart and lung disorders, leading to more breathlessness. All that has been taken care of," the official added.
Discharge
The doctors are yet to decide about discharging Vidya
Though Vidya is recovering, she still isn't fit to be discharged.
"The doctors are yet to decide (about her discharge from the hospital). She will have to stay here for a few days for complete recovery," the official stated.
Reportedly, Vidya was diagnosed with lung disorder a couple of years ago, and it got aggravated now following which she was put on a ventilator.

The cardiac disorder was a new ailment for her
As per a report published in SpotboyE, though her lung problem developed a few years ago, the cardiac disorder is a new one for her. Her relatives were, reportedly, advised to opt for angiography for her, but they weren't too keen on the idea.
